Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough criminal investigations by collecting, analyzing, and documenting evidence from various sources, including interviews, surveillance footage, and physical sites.
  • Develop and execute investigative strategies to solve cases related to fraud, theft, assault, and other criminal activities.
  • Perform surveillance operations to monitor suspects and gather intelligence while maintaining compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, forensic teams, and prosecutors to coordinate case efforts and share vital information.
  • Prepare detailed reports, case files, and affidavits to support prosecution and court proceedings.
  • Engage in data collection and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and potential leads in ongoing investigations.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses, victims, and suspects to obtain accurate and comprehensive statements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal and procedural guidelines throughout all investigative activities.
  • Stay current on law enforcement techniques, legal updates, and investigative tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two (2) years as a certified law enforcement officer.
  • Strong report writing abilities to produce clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of investigations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing witnesses and collaborating with team members.
  • Valid law enforcement certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $49,000.00 per year
