Crisis Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Crisis Management Analyst to join our Risk & Resilience team. The ideal candidate will support the organization in assessing, preparing for, and responding to global risks and crises — ensuring business continuity and organizational resilience across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess emerging global risks (geopolitical, operational, environmental, and reputational) that may impact the organization.
• Support the development and implementation of crisis management frameworks, response protocols, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and alignment with global standards for crisis response and business continuity.
• Analyze incidents and post-event reports to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain and regularly update crisis communication plans and risk dashboards.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide risk assessments, simulations, and scenario planning exercises.
• Provide timely intelligence and recommendations to leadership during critical events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Security Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in crisis management, business continuity, or global risk analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000, ISO 22301, or similar risk management frameworks is an advantage.
