Critical Care Nurse

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with physician orders, nursing protocols, and established standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize and respond to changes, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support measures as necessary.
• Operate and monitor life-support equipment (e.g., ventilators, cardiac monitors).
• Document patient care accurately and promptly using electronic health records (EHR).
• Support families and educate them on treatment plans and care procedures.
• Participate in code blue and rapid response teams.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance within the unit.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
