GENERAL FUNCTION
The CRM Data Analyst oversees the maintenance and optimization of the SAP Sales Cloud platform, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and user support. This individual acts as a key liaison between sales, IT, and marketing teams to enhance CRM capabilities, lead system improvements, support business intelligence tools, and provide training to end users.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and enhance CRM (SAP Sales Cloud) capabilities
- Daily support and troubleshooting
- Perform multiple data loads
- Support the Geotagging process
- Maintenance of security settings
- Enhance the systems with support from IT to fit the needs of the company, which includes developing Business Requirements; Gap Analysis and UAT
- Provide analysis to support recommendations for improvements
- Monitor system performance and update when necessary
- Work closely with the IT and Reporting counterparts to ensure high accuracy of the data published
- Act as the Super User for the team on Business Intelligence tools like OBIEE, Business Object (SAP)
- Train, coach and support the Sales Analysts on the CRM platform (SAP Sales Cloud)
- Identify opportunities and lead the transformation of CRM sales instance
- Develop close partnership with marketing and technology service lines to implement improvements to the CRM cloud
- Support the team by providing proactive feedback on process and data issues and collaborate with the resolution of these issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or Business Administration
- 3-5 years in a Sales or Marketing Analytics, or related role, required
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems/ administration (SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform)
- High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Effective team player
- Superior data analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines
- Proven ability to assess problems and research solutions
- Strong customer support orientation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Business Object, PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
