About the Role

GrowthRise Solutions is seeking a CRM and Outreach Executive (also known as Donor Relations & Fundraising Specialist) to support our international client in managing donor engagement, outreach, and CRM operations. This is a full-time, on-site position aligned with US business hours.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and respectful of cultural and religious sensitivities, as you will be working with an international client representing a faith-based community. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to new and existing donors through multiple communication channels
• Enter, update, and maintain donor and lead data accurately in the CRM system
• Follow up with past donors to strengthen relationships and encourage ongoing support
• Research and connect with potential donors via Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Initiate meaningful conversations to build trust and engagement
• Draft and send weekly donor newsletters
• Manage and assist with social media posting and engagement activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or lead management
• Hands-on experience with outbound outreach (Facebook, Instagram, Email, LinkedIn)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently, manage leads, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Full-time availability starting 8:00 AM New York time
• Basic understanding of social media management
• Cultural and religious sensitivity is essential, as the client represents a faith-based organization

Preferred Skills

• Experience running or managing Facebook Ads
• Familiarity with social media promotions and fundraising campaigns
