CRM and Sales Manager (Real Estate)

India

  • Documentation / paperwork starting from the booking of an apartment till possession
  • Recovery of outstanding payments and bank coordination
  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing team for residential projects' sales
  • Responsible for completion of after sales documentation
  • In charge of handing over formalities andtransactions of Properties to the buyers
  • To act as an interface between the Customers,Engineering and Sales department of the Company
  • Analysis, timely update of all work reports
  • Data entry in ERP
  • Generation of demand letters and collection of payments
  • To handle and resolve interim customer complaints and develop feedback procedure for complaints redressal
  • Strong interdepartmental coordination HO/ Laisioning Team/Sales Team/Legal, etc.

Educational Background - Any Graduate/ MBA

Experience - 5-10 Years Relevant Experience in Real estate/Construction Company

Technical Skills -

  • 1.ERP
  • 2. MS Excel , MS Word
  • 3. Registration
  • 4. Legal Documentation
  • 5. Agreements
  • 6. Recovery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
