Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Development: Design, build, and implement complex automated workflows, email sequences, and customer journeys within our CRM.
- CRM Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our CRM platform ([e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Keap, Zoho]), ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and optimal performance.
- Integration & Technology: Connect our CRM with other key business tools (e.g., e-commerce platforms, analytics software, customer support systems) to create a unified tech stack.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop advanced customer segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and personalized communication.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all automations and campaigns, using data to make informed recommendations for A/B testing and optimization.
- Lead Management: Optimize the lead scoring and lead nurturing processes to efficiently move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a CRM Manager, Marketing Automation Specialist, or a similar role.
- Hands-on expertise with a major CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Keap).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, lead nurturing, and sales funnels.
- Experience with integrating third-party applications and APIs.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to track KPIs and ROI (experience with Google Analytics is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification).
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience in IT Industry
