Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Data Analysis Intern with 1–2 years of experience in AI, data analysis, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining CRM data accuracy, supporting sales and marketing operations, and generating insights through data analysis. You will also assist in automating processes using AI tools, preparing quotations, and supporting compliance documentation.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Implementation Support

  • Assist in setting up a CRM system for the company.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
  • Help create basic CRM workflows for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by generating CRM reports and dashboards.

2. AI Agent Support (Compliance & Quotations)

  • Assist in preparing and organizing data needed for the AI agent that generates compliance statements and quotations.
  • Help test and validate outputs with Technical team from the AI agent to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain documentation related to the AI agent’s processes, inputs, and templates.
  • Coordinate with the Technical team to refine and improve the AI workflows.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, IT, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Internship or 1–2 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, AI tools, or related fields is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management systems and data handling.
  • Experience or familiarity with quotations, reporting, and compliance documentation is an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

· Basic knowledge of AI tools and data analysis techniques.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in handling data.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
