Internship Overview

What You’ll Do
- Social Media & Digital Engagement: Build and manage monthly content calendars. Develop engaging content (visuals, text, video) for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. Foster community engagement and track campaign performance KPIs.
- Brand Strategy & Ideation: Contribute to campaign ideation for sports, cultural, and government projects. Support the strategy team with research, market audits, and the preparation of client presentation decks.
- Influencer & PR Support: Identify and engage athletes, creators, and cultural voices. Support outreach, draft press releases, and pitch stories to relevant media outlets.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write captions, blogs, and website content aligned with the brand's voice. Support SEO-focused content for digital platforms.
- Media Buying & Campaign Support: Assist in planning paid digital campaigns, learning how to balance awareness-driven and performance-based media strategies alongside internal teams.
- Creative Production: Assist with talent, location, and prop sourcing. Support Creative Directors during shoots, events, and activations.
- Trend & Culture Analysis: Track sports, social, and digital trends, presenting insight reports to senior leadership on a bi-monthly basis.
What We’re Looking For
- The Digital Native: You are highly creative, proactive, and possess a strong understanding of social and digital culture. You are passionate about sports, storytelling, and public-facing brands.
- The Right Mix: We are looking for a diverse mix of creative talent. Whether your primary strength is in overarching brand strategy, professional Arabic communication, or visual storytelling, we are building a multifaceted team where different skill sets complement each other.
- The Communicator: Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
- The Toolkit: Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite, with a basic understanding of paid media.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: Currently studying or a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, PR, or a related field.
- Eligibility & Visas: We welcome applications from both UAE Nationals and Expatriate residents to ensure a diverse and multicultural cohort. All applicants must hold valid UAE citizenship or a valid UAE residence visa (parent, student, or spouse sponsored).
- Availability: For recent graduates, this is a full-time role (9 AM – 5 PM) for the 3-month duration. However, we are happy to meet final-year students halfway with flexible scheduling to accommodate a limited, ongoing class schedule. Please note: any proposed university schedule must be shared with management during the interview process to ensure it aligns with the agency’s operational needs.
