Job Opening: BIM Architect (Interior Design Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Architect with a strong background in Interior Design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be an expert in developing high-quality BIM models and documentation specifically for LOD 300 Stage submissions. You will be responsible for ensuring that interior architectural elements are accurately modeled, coordinated, and ready for construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Revit models to LOD 300 standards for interior fit-out projects.
• Model detailed interior elements including partitions, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), floor finishes, and bespoke joinery.
• Ensure all interior BIM deliverables meet project-specific standards and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination between interior design elements and MEP/Structural services.
• Extract accurate schedules and material take-offs from the BIM model.
• Prepare comprehensive 2D documentation sets (plans, sections, and elevations) directly from the 3D model.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience focusing on BIM for Interior Design.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & ID).
• Deep understanding of LOD 300 requirements (geometry, spatial coordination, and parameters).
• Familiarity with Navisworks for coordination and clash reporting.
• Knowledge of interior construction details & materials.
