BIM Modeler

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently seeking a talented and experienced HVAC BIM Modeler to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in HVAC modeling, proficiency in BIM software, and the ability to work in a coordinated MEP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit in line with project requirements and BIM standards
• Model ducting systems, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and HVAC equipment layouts
• Prepare LOD 300–400 models with accurate routing and technical specifications
• Coordinate HVAC systems with MEP services and architectural/structural elements
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
• Extract shop drawings, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Update models based on consultant feedback, design changes, and site conditions
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Maintain proper model structure, naming conventions, and documentation
• Support model submissions, coordination meetings, and technical documentation
• Prepare as-built BIM models reflecting actual site installations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP); Navisworks knowledge is essential
• Good understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment)
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD, and clash detection workflows
• Knowledge of UAE codes and standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, ASHRAE, SMACNA)
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
