We are a leading manpower and engineering support provider in the UAE construction sector, delivering skilled professionals to major high-rise and infrastructure projects. We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller for a prestigious high-rise building project.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical BIM Modeller with strong experience in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing electrical BIM models to support design, execution, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Electrical BIM models based on design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Produce clash-free models through coordination meetings and software tools
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and model-based documentation
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are properly implemented
• Support design changes and model updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeller
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and MEP coordination
• Experience in clash detection and resolution
• Good knowledge of BIM standards and workflows
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• UAE experience preferred
