Key Responsibilities:

3D Visualization & Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior projects
• Develop realistic visuals including lighting, textures, and materials
• Produce walkthroughs and flythrough animations for presentations and marketing

Design Support

• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams
• Interpret CAD drawings, sketches, and design concepts into 3D visuals
• Assist in design development and visualization of concepts

Post-Production

• Enhance renderings using Photoshop or similar tools
• Ensure final outputs meet quality and branding standards

Project Coordination

• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously
• Ensure timely delivery as per project deadlines
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently

Requirements:

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer
• Experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design projects in Dubai or GCC
• Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and animations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
