Key responsibilities:
CRM Management & Data Integrity
· Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or property-specific platforms such as Property Finder CRM or Zoho).
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of all leads, contacts, opportunities, and unit availability data.
· Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing to maintain database hygiene.
· Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels across the sales team.
Sales Pipeline & Lead Management
· Monitor and track the end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to booking and SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) stage.
Reporting & Analytics
· Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Looker to provide real-time visibility into sales performance, lead funnel metrics, and project pipeline health
· Track unit inventory status and update availability in real time across all platforms.
Process & Workflow Optimization
· Document and standardize CRM processes, workflows, and SOPs for consistent usage across the team.
· Identify gaps in current CRM utilization and recommend improvements or new features.
· Liaise with CRM vendors or IT for system upgrades, integrations, and technical support.
Stakeholder Coordination
· Train new and existing sales staff on CRM best practices, data entry standards, and system updates.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and lead source attribution within the CRM.
Experience:
· 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator, CRM Analyst, or similar role.
· Prior experience within a UAE real estate developer, broker, or property management company is strongly preferred.
· Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations, DLD (Dubai Land Department) processes, and RERA compliance workflows is a plus.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in at least one CRM platform: Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or a real estate-specific CRM.
· Strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
· Familiarity with CRM automation tools, workflow builders, and API integrations is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
· High attention to detail with strong data management discipline.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
· Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
