Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Development Manager with strong technical expertise to lead, design, and manage CRM workflows, integrations, and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SaaS-based CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Zoho, or Salesforce, and will be responsible for streamlining customer relationship processes to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain CRM workflows, automation, and integration modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM requirements and implement solutions.
- Integrate CRM with marketing, lead management, and internal communication tools.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics and generate actionable insights for management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system optimization.
- Manage CRM data integrity, user access, and security compliance.
- Train and support internal teams on CRM functionalities and updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working on CRM platforms like LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong technical understanding of API integrations, automation, and workflow logic.
- Familiarity with data migration, third-party integrations, and CRM customization.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in CRM development or technical CRM management.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
