CRM Engagement Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven CRM Engagement Manager to lead client lifecycle marketing initiatives across global markets.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM strategies that enhance client acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across FX, CFD, and Crypto products. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with creative communication skills and hands-on CRM platform expertise within a fast-paced financial trading environment.


Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and upsell initiatives.

  • Segment audiences effectively to deliver personalized and behavior-driven communications.

  • Optimize client journeys to increase engagement and trading activity.

Campaign Management & Automation

  • Create and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App messaging.

  • Build automated workflows and triggers based on user behavior and trading activity.

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion performance.

  • Ensure timely execution of global and regional campaigns.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze key KPIs including open rates, CTR, activation rates, churn rates, and client lifetime value.

  • Generate performance reports and actionable insights for senior management.

  • Continuously optimize messaging, segmentation, and automation flows to improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with data teams to leverage behavioral insights and predictive analytics.

Content & Personalization

  • Develop compelling, compliant, and performance-driven CRM content tailored to different client segments.

  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Implement personalization strategies based on trading behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Regional teams.

  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns through targeted CRM initiatives.

  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM systems and trading platforms.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement.

  • Experience within Forex, CFD, Crypto, or financial services is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of driving client retention and revenue growth through CRM strategies.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and personalization strategies.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, CRM analytics dashboards, or BI tools).

  • Experience working with large datasets and performance tracking frameworks.

Communication & Execution

  • Strong copywriting and content optimization skills.

  • Ability to translate data insights into targeted engagement campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
