Job Title: CRM Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Mukundapur, Kolkata. The role involves talking to customers daily, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), a natural ability to build trust, and strong persuasion skills to close sales. You must be someone who can think on your feet, connect with people in a friendly yet professional way, and deliver results.

Key Requirements:

Strong fluency in English (a must)

Ability to convince and convert leads into sales

Should stay in or near Mukundapur for easy commute

Confident, energetic, and customer-focused
