RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a CRM Executive to join the team. As a CRM Executive, you will be part of the Smoke-Free Products (SFP) teams reporting to the SFP CRM Manager.

CRM Executive role is responsible for marketing automation, setting up coordination with stakeholders and suppliers, tracking and monitoring of campaigns performance and proactive leveraging of enhancement in markets CRM ecosystems.


YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY'

  • Manage automated communication development and maintenance processes (from idea to execution & analytics), in close cooperation with cross-functional team.
  • Be able to provide Business stakeholders with consultancy on how to reflect desired business process or customer experience journey in CRM ecosystem.
  • Manage various CRM projects in multicategory and multimarket environment.
  • Actively participate in planning, assess timelines and track project deployment progress.
  • Ensure efficiency of processes cooperating with stakeholders & CRM agencies.
  • Apply CRM expertise while challenging suppliers on proposed automation set up and timelines
  • Track CRM KPIs achievement and propose ideas for communication enhancement:
  • Provide data-driven approach to automated communication enhancement
  • Propose optimization of automated communication platform based on customers’ reach and engagement and channels (email, SMS, IM) efficiency
  • Propose innovations and exploration tests, track results and summarize further actioning

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree in any relevant discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in CRM/Digital marketing
  • Strong project management & analytical skills
  • Skills of personalization, segments selection and send out settings is a plus
  • Understanding of Direct-to-Consumer environment (eCom/Retail), Direct Marketing and CRM industry best practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Accuracy and high attention to details
  • Experience prioritizing campaign production in tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in working with Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Arabic language knowledge is a plus
