Job Description:
We are seeking a CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product or service information, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups or sales.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or account statuses.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and navigating systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
