CRM Executive (Female) – Sialkot (On-Site)

We’re looking for a dedicated and confident Female CRM Executive to join our team in Sialkot. If you’re good at communication and know how to handle customers professionally, this role is for you.

Who we need:

• Female candidate (on-site role in Sialkot)
• Good English communication (written + spoken)
• 6 months to 2 years of CRM / customer support experience preferred

What you’ll do:

• Handle customer queries through email, chat, and social media
• Respond to customers in a professional and timely manner
• Manage complaints, refunds, and order-related issues
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, marketing)
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth communication

What we’re looking for:

• Strong English communication skills
• Basic understanding of eCommerce (Shopify, Amazon, etc. is a plus)
• Problem-solving mindset and patience while dealing with customers
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple conversations
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email handling, etc.)

Salary & benefits:

• Starting from PKR 35,000/month
• Salary will increase based on experience and performance
