CRM & Growth Acquisition Lead

As CRM & Growth Acquisition Lead, you will own the end-to-end CRM acquisition and onboarding strategy at Snoonu. This role is responsible for driving first order, second order, and third order conversion, reducing time-to-conversion, and building strong momentum that turns new users into active Snoonu customers.

This role goes far beyond first order activation. You will design and optimize onboarding journeys not only at platform level, but per vertical, category, and service including Food, Groceries, Marketplace, and future verticals. Your mission is to guide users through structured learning, habit formation, and behavioral nudges until they reach sustained usage across Snoonu’s ecosystem.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Acquisition & Onboarding Strategy

  • Own Snoonu’s CRM acquisition strategy, covering first order, second order, and third order conversion across all verticals.
  • Design and continuously optimize onboarding journeys that educate users, build trust, and generate momentum during the first days and weeks of the user lifecycle.
  • Define structured activation frameworks per vertical, category, and service, ensuring users reach meaningful usage thresholds across Food, Groceries, Marketplace, and future products.
  • Reduce time-to-first-order and time-between-orders through behavioral nudges, incentives, education, and sequencing logic.
  • Treat onboarding as a dynamic system, not a static flow, constantly iterating based on user behavior and performance data.

CRM Execution & Experimentation

  • Design, build, and deploy CRM campaigns and automated journeys across push, email, in-app messages, content cards, SMS, WhatsApp, and pop-ups using Braze.
  • Own experimentation for acquisition and onboarding, including A/B testing of messaging, incentives, sequencing, timing, channels, and targeting logic.
  • Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas for each experiment, ensuring fast iteration cycles and actionable insights.
  • Continuously test different onboarding narratives, incentives, and education strategies to maximize conversion and momentum.
  • Share experiment results, learnings, and recommendations clearly with stakeholders and leadership.

Data Analysis & Performance Ownership

  • Own acquisition and onboarding performance metrics, including conversion rates (first, second, third order), time-to-conversion, early retention, and vertical activation.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data independently using SQL to identify drop-offs, friction points, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to validate tracking, dashboards, and cohort analyses, but maintain autonomy to answer questions directly through data.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and concrete actions that improve funnel performance.
  • Ensure CRM efforts directly support unit economics and sustainable growth, not just short-term activation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Creative teams to improve onboarding experiences and remove friction across the user journey.
  • Act as the CRM acquisition voice in cross-functional discussions, advocating for user-centric and data-backed solutions.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth-focused roles, with strong exposure to acquisition and onboarding.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Braze, including Canvases, segmentation, event-based triggers, experimentation, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Strong SQL skills are mandatory. You must be able to extract and analyze data independently to understand funnel performance and user behavior.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing onboarding and activation journeys at scale.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect CRM actions to business metrics and unit economics.
  • Experience running structured experimentation programs and translating results into concrete improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

  • Experience in multi-vertical marketplaces, super apps, or on-demand platforms.
  • Familiarity with warehouse-driven CRM setups using BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Experience working with predictive models, propensity scoring, or advanced segmentation logic.
