We’re looking for a CRM & Growth Manager who will own the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention — and design data-driven strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and sustainable growth.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in CRM, Growth, or Data Analytics — ideally in Betting, E-commerce, Fintech, iGaming, or Gaming industries,
  • Strong leadership and people management background,
  • Deeply analytical mindset and strategic problem-solving skills,
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments,
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SQL is a strong plus,
  • Open-minded, data-driven, and growth-obsessed — you see the story behind the numbers.


Job Description:


  • Lead cross-functional teams including CRM, Data Analytics, and Call Center operations,
  • Manage data and analytics teams to build a robust infrastructure for dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights,
  • Drive strategic decision-making by applying advanced analytics and statistical methods to large datasets,
  • Develop and manage segmentation strategies (behavioral, monetary, etc.) to create targeted communications and relevant offers,
  • Plan and optimize all lifecycle campaigns including cross-sell, up-sell, retention, pre-churn, and churn strategies,
  • Oversee all internal communication channels (SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups, etc.) to engage and activate existing users,
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech Teams to enhance user engagement and conversion metrics.
