Job Title: CRM Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated CRM Intern to support our team in managing client relationships and optimizing our CRM processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in CRM systems (Zoho CRM) and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database.
  • Input and manage lead, client, and contact information accurately.
  • Support the sales and operations team in tracking leads, follow-ups, and tasks.
  • Help generate reports on sales, leads, and CRM activity.
  • Assist in email automation campaigns and client communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth CRM operations.
  • Learn and support CRM workflow management, pipelines, and dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
