Your Role
-
Design automated customer journeys across Intercom, CleverTap, and OneSignal to boost activation, conversion, and retention.

Streamline communications between Students/Parents ↔ Tutors for a seamless lifecycle experience across Sales, Support, and Tutor Success.

Use analytics and segmentation to spot drop-offs, launch reactivation campaigns, and continuously improve retention
A Day In Your Life:

Define lifecycle strategy for AlGooru from onboarding → first value → repeat → reactivation
-
Build multi-channel journeys across WhatsApp, in-app, push, and email
-
Create best-in-class onboarding experiences using Intercom + CleverTap
-
Own all outbound communications and ensure consistent tone and timing
-
Build actionable segments and cohorts
-
Partner with Sales to align lead nurture, SLAs, and WhatsApp playbooks
-
Partner with Support to embed CSAT, macros, and help center content in journeys
-
Partner with Product & Tech on events, identity resolution, and deliverability
-
Partner with Marketing on promos, seasonality, and referral campaigns
-
Manage WhatsApp Business templates, approvals, and cost efficiency
-
Ensure deliverability, consent, and clear opt-out / opt-down management
-
Maintain QA checklists for all messages (links, deeplinks, tracking, localization)
-
Monitor key lifecycle KPIs: activation, onboarding completion, retention, and reactivation
-
Report insights and propose experiments based on performance data
Requirements
You're the CRM Lead we're looking for if you have:

3-5 years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing for marketplaces, EdTech, or consumer apps.

Strong skills in lifecycle design, segmentation, and A/B testing with an analytical mindset.

Hands-on experience with WhatsApp lifecycle management and performance tracking.

A collaborative, data-driven, and growth-oriented mindset with strong execution bias.

Advanced expertise in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
