Position Overview

The CRM & Lead Executive is responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing all digital leads generated through campaigns, website, social media, and paid advertising. This role ensures smooth coordination between the Digital Media Team and the Sales Team, ensuring that every lead is properly tracked, assigned, followed up, and analyzed.

The role also involves real-estate–specific R&D, content feedback, and using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and improved sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Assignment

  • Receive all leads generated from paid campaigns, website forms, landing pages, WhatsApp API, and social media inboxes.
  • Validate, filter, and categorize leads (organic, paid, remarketing, referral).
  • Assign leads instantly to relevant sales team members as per project (Vertical / Horizontal) and buyer type.
  • Maintain real-time lead distribution through CRM workflow automation.

2. CRM Operations & Data Accuracy

  • Manage and update CRM dashboards ( Salesforce or company CRM).
  • Ensure every lead is tagged with accurate source, campaign name, and project name.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in lead logs, statuses, and sales team follow-ups.
  • Ensure no lead is missed, duplicated, or wrongly assigned.

3. Sales Coordination & R&D

  • Coordinate with the sales department daily to understand:

✓ Lead Quality
✓ Lead Response Time
✓ Conversion challenges
✓ Required content to improve lead quality

  • Share market research with DMM & HOD regarding buyer behavior, competitor project offerings, pricing trends, and new real estate demand.

4. Campaign Performance Support

  • Monitor all incoming leads per campaign to identify:

✓ Cost per Lead (CPL)
✓ Lead Quality Score
✓ Platform performance
✓ Bounce or Junk leads

  • Give immediate feedback to DMM for campaign optimization.
  • Assist in A/B testing by providing insights based on lead behavior.

5. Social Media & Content Support

  • Provide sales-driven insights to content writers for better ads, captions, landing pages, and brochures.
  • Ensure that campaign creatives match buyer requirements and sales pain points.
  • Share project documents, images, videos, and details required by Digital Media Team for posts.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Lead Reports for:

✓ DMM
✓ HOD Digital Marketing
✓ Sales Head (summary version)

  • Generate CRM dashboards including:

✓ Lead Source Report
✓ Lead Status Report
✓ Agent Performance
✓ Call Summary Report
✓ Lead-to-Booking Conversion Funnel

  • Highlight risks, improvement areas, and lead wastage points.

7. Tools & Systems Expertise

Must have strong command on the following tools:

  • CRM Software ( Real Estate CRM)
  • Excel / Google Sheets (Reports, Pivot Charts, Filters)
  • Social Media Lead Forms (Meta Lead Ads, Google Form Leads)
  • WhatsApp Business API & Chat automation tools
  • Call Monitoring & Auto-dialer tools
  • Lead Management Automation (Zapier, Make, or CRM Workflows)

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Lead assignment time (Target: under 5 minutes)
  • Lead accuracy score (100% correct tagging + status updates)
  • Daily lead sheet completeness
  • Feedback compliance from Sales
  • CRM hygiene score
  • Lead-to-visit conversion contribution
  • Number of market R&D insights shared monthly

Hiring Criteria: Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or IT.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Real Estate CRM or Lead Management is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate campaigns (vertical projects, horizontal projects, residential & commercial units).
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills with both Sales & Digital Media teams.
  • Strong command over CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under campaign pressure.

Experience Required

  • Must have hands-on experience managing leads for real estate projects.
  • Experience in coordinating between Digital Media & Sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, buyer journey, and property booking process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
