About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Lead Manager to oversee and optimize our entire lead management process. The ideal candidate will ensure all leads are efficiently captured, distributed, tracked, and converted through systematic CRM workflows and bridging the gap between marketing and sales to maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all leads from multiple sources (campaigns, portals, website, and walk-ins).
  • Assign, monitor, and ensure timely follow-ups by sales executives.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM database.
  • Automate and streamline follow-ups, reminders, and workflows for better lead conversion.
  • Track individual and team performance, generating detailed lead reports and analytics.
  • Coordinate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and source performance.
  • Train and ensure CRM usage compliance across the sales team.
