The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

Design and optimize personalized customer lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpoints.

Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer communication and automate marketing processes.
A Day In Your Life:

Develop and execute CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, etc.).

Design and optimize customer journeys across different stages, ensuring personalized experiences based on user behavior and segmentation.
-
Work closely with the marketing and data teams to develop meaningful customer segments for targeted messaging.

Implement marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications to users.

Regularly monitor and report on CRM and lifecycle campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance engagement and retention.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.

Utilize our CRM tool (HubSpot) to manage customer data, track interactions, and support lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Requirements
You’re the CRM & Lifecycle Specialist we’re looking for if you have:

Proven experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
-
Proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot, with a solid understanding of marketing automation and campaign management
-
Advanced skills in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
-
Strong data analysis and reporting abilities to measure campaign success and make data-driven improvements
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
-
Experience with direct communication strategies such as WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
