We are looking for a smart, responsible CRM Manager who will manage complete enquiry flow along with Zoho CRM system and coordinate closely with the sales team.

Job Role Overview

We need a Zoho CRM specialist who will:

• Set up and manage the CRM system
• Handle and manage incoming enquiries
• Coordinate with sales team for follow-ups & conversions
• Ensure no enquiry is missed and all leads are properly tracked

This is a very important managerial role directly connected to sales growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Setup & Management

• Complete setup & management of Zoho CRM
• Create proper lead pipeline & sales stages
• Automation setup for reminders, follow-ups & lead assignment
• Maintain complete client database
• Ensure CRM is updated in real time

Enquiry Handling (Primary Role)

• Handle all incoming enquiries:
• WhatsApp
• Calls
• Walk-ins
• Instagram & website
• Understand client requirement properly
• Share basic details, photos, catalogues
• Assign serious leads to sales team
• Maintain proper entry of every enquiry in CRM
• Ensure quick response time to clients

Sales Team Coordination

• Daily follow-up with sales team for pending leads
• Ensure quotation is sent on time
• Track conversion status of each enquiry
• Monitor salesperson performance
• Daily meeting with sales team for updates

Follow-up & Reporting

• Daily enquiry report
• Pending follow-up report
• Conversion report
• Lost enquiry analysis
• Weekly & monthly performance reports

Process & System Discipline

• Build proper enquiry handling system
• Ensure zero enquiry is missed
• Train sales team to use CRM properly
• Improve response time & conversion ratio

Required Skills

• Expert in Zoho CRM (mandatory)
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Good command over WhatsApp & call handling
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Excel & reporting knowledge
• Organized & process-driven personality

Experience Required

• 2–5 years CRM or sales coordination experience
• Prior Zoho CRM experience must
• B2B or wedding/event industry preferred
