We are looking for a
CRM Manager
to become the operational backbone of our sales organization — connecting the dots between Sales, Marketing, property developers, and external partners.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will be responsible for reporting, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize CRM reporting to give management and the sales team actionable insights.

Coordinate between Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns, leads, and follow-ups are aligned and executed.

Connect with property developers’ offices regularly to strengthen relationships, gather updates, and relay critical information to the sales team.

Manage property portals – ensure accurate listings, monitor performance, and maximize visibility.

Identify problems across workflows and come up with clear, actionable solutions.

Act as the central point of contact for cross-team communication and process alignment.
