We are a rapidly growing company in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to building strong customer relationships and enhancing sales performance through advanced CRM strategies. As part of our digital transformation, we are looking for a CRM Manager to oversee the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of our CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the company’s CRM strategy to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Customize and configure CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) to fit business processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and effective customer lifecycle management.
  • Analyze customer data, generate insights, and prepare reports/dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Manage CRM integrations with third-party applications (ERP, email marketing, payment gateways, etc.).
  • Ensure data quality, compliance with UAE data protection laws, and best practices in data governance.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and provide continuous support to optimize user adoption.
  • Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors/developers for improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM management/administration.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience in CRM customization, automation, and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes, customer journeys, and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); third language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead CRM adoption across different teams.
