CRM Manager (HubSpot & Funnel Management)

Position Overview: RHK Properties is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management systems, sales funnels, and marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, funnel management, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective lead nurturing, improved conversions, and seamless customer engagement across all stages of the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Funnel Management

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end sales and marketing funnels to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance funnel efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, deal stages, workflows, and reporting structures within HubSpot.

HubSpot Administration & Automation

  • Oversee HubSpot CRM configuration, including dashboards, automation workflows, and lead scoring.
  • Implement best practices for CRM usage across sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other business tools and platforms.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing tools.
  • Develop segmented mailing lists, personalized email journeys, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and engagement.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on CRM activities, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Support lead management processes, customer lifecycle tracking, and retention initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation.
  • Experience managing sales funnels, lead pipelines, and conversion optimization.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and automation workflows
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience with B2B CRM operations and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and CRM analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and growth marketing strategies.
