Role Overview
Tele Sales / CRM Manager will be responsible for leading Tele Sales team function while overseeing CRM operations to ensure effective lead management, performance tracking, and cross-department coordination. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive sales efficiency, team performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele Sales Team Management

  • Manage day-to-day Tele Sales operations and performance monitoring.
  • Support HR in the recruitment and onboarding of new Tele Sales team members.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and assess individual and team performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Oversee and participate in client meetings generated by the Tele Sales team when required.
  • Monitor calling activities, lead follow-ups, and meeting conversions.
  • Assign targets and conduct regular performance reviews.

2. CRM & Leads Management

  • Oversee the management and continuous updating of the CRM system with accurate client and lead data.
  • Track, analyze, and report on client interactions, lead performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Support Real Estate Agents in managing client relationships through effective CRM utilization.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead quality and drive business growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members on CRM best practices.
  • Prepare regular activity, performance, and reports.

3. Roadshows & Events Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and support roadshows and promotional events locally and internationally.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling, team coordination, and operational alignment during events.
  • Develop roadshow strategies, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with management.
  • Support follow-up processes post-events to maximize lead conversion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tele Sales or Telemarketing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Energetic, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure to meet KPIs and targets.
