CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will support lead generation, enhance customer engagement, and drive data-based marketing strategies through automation and CRM optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Set up automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Analyze customer data to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and segmentation quality.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead management and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and nurturing flows.
- Integrate CRM tools with other platforms and ensure smooth system functionality.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to guide marketing decisions.
Requirements & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing best practices.
