About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy CRM & Marketing Automation Trainee who is eager to build a career in customer relationship management and digital marketing automation.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience with leading CRM tools such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel, while working in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support the setup of CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Assist in data entry, contact management, and campaign tracking.
• Support the marketing team in email campaigns, automation workflows, and reporting.
• Conduct basic research and documentation for CRM and marketing activities.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Education: Fresh Graduates in BSc IT, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Strong interest in CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics.
• Basic understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, or databases.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must reside near North Nazimabad, Karachi.
