We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Officer to manage student inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups through our CRM system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the student experience and supporting the admissions or support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming student queries via phone, email, or CRM system.
  • Maintain and update student records in the CRM database.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve student issues or provide requested information.
  • Prepare and share daily or weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all CRM activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement for better communication and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
  • Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
