Customer Recovery Officer

About Us
We are a leading producer of premium mushrooms and vegetables, supplying high-quality fresh produce to restaurants, retailers, and distributors. We are looking for a proactive Account Recovery Officer to join our team and ensure smooth recoveries and dispatch operations.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment recovery in line with agreed terms.
• Coordinate daily dispatches with the sales and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate order and payment records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payments and deliveries.
• Generate regular recovery and outstanding reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in collections, recovery, or account management (FMCG/agri-produce experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / QuickBooks or ERP systems.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
