Job Description:
Provides technical support and assistance to users of CRM systems and related software within an organization. The CRM Technical Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning, proper utilization, and efficient operation of the CRM platform, which is essential for managing customer interactions and relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Knowledge on CRM, ERP, web site developer, mobile application and other web base programs
Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software and related technologies, with a deep understanding of CRM system functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to understand user needs, provide exceptional support, and ensure customer satisfaction with the CRM system.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, explain technical concepts clearly, and create user guides or documentation.
- Training and Presentation: Capability to conduct training sessions and presentations for CRM users, delivering information effectively and engagingly.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data handling, data import/export processes, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
