Objective of the Role:
It helps in organizing and managing customer information, tracking post-sales activities, automating communication for updates and feedback, and providing analytics for improving customer service strategies.
Skill & Know How:
· bachelor / master’s degree
· Good organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills are required to deal with the internal & external customers.
· Motivational skill to lift the morale of team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle.
2. Co-ordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for the process improvement & updating the MIS report logic's
3. Responsible for Demand generation, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Material, Debit & Credit Note creation.
4. Responsible for handling customers of project contains entire customer data base.
5. Attending customers who visit site/HO with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query. Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process.
6. Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
7. Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.
8. Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
9. Assisting customers on allotment of Flats, Registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan Issues, Transfer of Deeds, Bank Loan processing of document
10. Inspecting the flat and informing clients about readiness of flat
11. Coordinate with Site team for rectification of Snags if any
12. To Perform Ceremony of handing over of flats in coordination with the Site Head
13. To maintain the club house / swimming pool / landscape garden & approaches clean & presentable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
