Job Title: CRM Executive / CRM – Real Estate

Sales Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from various channels (walk-ins, online portals, references).
- Client Meetings & Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property site visits; explain project features, pricing, and amenities.
- Pitching & Conversion: Present projects effectively and close deals through strong sales communication and negotiation skills.
- Follow-up & Pipeline Building: Regular follow-up with prospects to maintain a healthy pipeline of potential buyers.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly booking targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitors’ offerings, pricing, and trends to improve pitching strategy.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
CRM Responsibilities:
- Post-Sales Client Handling: Serve as a single point of contact for customers after booking.
- Payment Collection & Follow-up: Ensure timely collection of payments as per the payment schedule.
- Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing Allotment Letters, Builder Buyer Agreements, and Sale Deeds. Coordinate with legal and finance teams.
- Customer Queries & Grievance Handling: Resolve issues related to bookings, payments, documents, delays, etc., with a customer-first approach.
- Construction Updates: Communicate progress updates regularly and coordinate possession timelines.
- CRM Software Management: Update client information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or ERP tools).
- Possession Coordination: Ensure a smooth handover process by organizing possession documents, final payments, and key handover.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
