Job Summary:

The CRM & Reporting Analyst at Kaizen Asset Management Services is responsible for managing and analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data and generating reports that facilitate strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with various teams to optimize CRM processes, analyze client interactions, and enhance client engagement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client records.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing client relationships.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on client engagement, sales activities, and overall CRM performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM campaigns and track performance.
  • Develop and implement automated reporting tools and dashboards for real-time access to CRM data.
  • Train and support team members in effectively utilizing the CRM system and reporting tools.
  • Identify and implement best practices for data entry, management, and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and enhance CRM system functionalities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding client information.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing insights derived from CRM analyses to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in client data management.
  • Prior experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus.
