We’re looking for a CRM Retention Marketing Team Lead to steer our Egypt-based CRM team in delivering high-impact, personalized campaigns that engage, retain, and delight. You’ll combine data-driven strategy with creative execution, ensuring every message resonates and every interaction builds loyalty. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage the Egypt CRM team to ensure smooth day-to-day campaign execution and operations.
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies, lifecycle marketing plans, and retention-focused campaigns.
  • Manage and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and content marketing initiatives across web, apps, digital, and CRM channels.
  • Analyze customer data to identify upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and regional marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, creative, and send times.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and data privacy regulations.
  • Support strategic planning and forecasting for CRM activities.
  • Mentor and train CRM team members, fostering a results-driven culture.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (reading and writing).
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing within e-commerce or consumer-focused businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Clevertap, Insider, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
