Job Role
Responsible for the individual assistance of customers.
Job Responsibilities

Arranging visits for customers to the branch for solving their complaints, arrange with other branches if the customer is near to them.

Calling customers on their spare parts arrival.

Handling CPA and GM customers complaints, arranging for towing vehicles for inspection and coming back, handling buybacks.

Handling customers external letters and internal letters with spare parts department.

Handling the different complaints channels (Call center – Chevrolet Website – Social Media- Individuals).

Receiving Customers calls and handling their requests.

Tracking Raya Follow up Survey on daily basis and preparing weekly report.

Tracking and analyzing CSI reports.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent is prefrable
