Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and maintain our Customer Relationship Management system. This role is critical in ensuring lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting, and client communication workflows run smoothly across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Set up and optimize lead pipelines, automations, and workflows
- Monitor and distribute incoming leads to sales and leasing teams
- Create and maintain email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns
- Generate reports and dashboards on lead performance, conversions, and team activity
- Train team members on CRM best practices and system usage
- Integrate CRM with marketing platforms, listing portals, and internal tools
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience through CRM enhancements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator, or similar role
- Experience with real estate CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Follow Up Boss, or similar)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and automation
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate industry experience
- Experience with marketing automation and integrations
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, SMS campaigns, and analytics
