CRM Specialist Arabic

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist with strong Microsoft CRM expertise to enhance system analytics, ensure data accuracy, and drive cross-functional collaboration for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze CRM data, dashboards, and system performance to support business decisions.

· Collect, document, and validate business requirements for CRM enhancements and improvements.

· Manage CRM testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide training to users.

· Extract, develop, and maintain CRM reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

· Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to monitor system performance and implement updates.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft CRM solutions.

· Strong analytical skills in data modeling, data processing, and reporting.

· Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication and documentation skills.

· Proven problem-solving abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.
