English Teacher - Arabic Speaker

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and passionate English Teacher who is also an Arabic speaker for our independent learning room to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong English language skills and a love for learning, while also being able to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking students and parents when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and confidence
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff, especially in both English and Arabic
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience teaching English at school level
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Native Arabic Speaker
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Passionate about education and student growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
