As a member of the COMEX Team, you will contribute on Sales Force responsibilities; KPIs, HCPs interactions analysis, KPIs dashboards developments and CRM systems administrative duties.

Accountabilities:

• Manage of AZ CRM systems (Veeva and AZ AP) to ensure having accurate sales force structure, calls plan, workload vs. capacity and HCPs segments on CRM systems.

• Monitor the progress of their KPIs vs. objectives and provide on-sport recommendations to Sales Force to ensure execution of their call plans.

• Track customers engagements through various communication channels to ensure accurate deployment of omni-channel approach.

• Communicate regularly with regional support team and all internal partners to ensure immediate resolving of any technical issues.

• Build standards reports such as monthly and weekly sales force KPIs dashboards and run reports for internal partners.

• Monitor Sales Force retail and institutional workload to improve Sales Force impact in all business channels.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience of commercial background in a pharmaceutical company.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

• Attention to details

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Commercial Excellence experience is a plus.
