Location: Musqat Oman on-site (Relocation Mandatory)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRMnext Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in the CRMnext Gold version to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRMnext implementation, development, and customization, along with strong technical and analytical skills to support business requirements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in CRMnext implementation projects as part of the core implementation and development team.
• Develop functional and technical solutions using the CRMnext Gold platform.
• Design and configure simple and complex workflows within the CRMnext application.
• Configure system layouts and develop custom reports, designed reports, business rules, translators, and custom pages.
• Work with Lead, Service, and other object toolboxes within CRMnext.
• Design and develop target planning solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop complex queries and stored procedures in SQL databases and support front-end development using HTML/CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, authentication, IIS, and system performance.
• Design card view and Mashup Anywhere solutions in CRMnext.
• Develop and configure Trinity Cross Sell Modeler, including integration, whitespace, and machine learning features.
• Implement and manage SOAP and REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and technical architecture design.
• Identify system risks and propose improvements and mitigation plans to enhance system performance and functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the CRMnext platform, particularly the Gold version.
• Hands-on experience in CRMnext implementation and development.
• Strong knowledge of workflow design, system configuration, and CRM customization.
• Experience with SQL databases, HTML, and CSS development.
• Knowledge of Vivid Flow and Autonoma Flow workflows is desirable.
• Strong experience with SOAP and REST API integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical architecture skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial or banking domain CRM implementations.
• Strong risk identification and system improvement capabilities.
