About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic CRO Specialist to optimize our websites, landing pages, and funnels for maximum conversions and revenue. You’ll analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement performance-focused strategies that drive measurable improvements across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of websites and funnels to identify friction points
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
- Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral data to uncover insights
- Optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and email/SMS funnels for performance
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement CRO recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with CRO trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRO, UX/UI optimization, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret user behavior data
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
