CRO Web Designer Head

Salary: $2,000 to $4,000 per month

Location: Remote (12pm - 8pm)

We are hiring a Head of Design (CRO) to lead our design team at a Danish CRO Shopify agency, one of Europe’s top conversion optimization agencies working with leading Shopify brands across the US and Europe.

We are looking for the best of the best. Someone who designs with logic, understands sales psychology, and wants to build designs that actually perform.

This is a demanding, high-performance role where you will work closely with our founders every day. It is fast paced, structured, and requires absolute attention to detail, but it is also the most rewarding design job you will ever find.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for setting the creative standard at Pimento and ensuring every design we ship is clean, structured, and conversion focused.

• Lead and mentor a small design team (2 to 4 people)

• Refine our internal UI Design System: spacing, hierarchy, font sizes, layout consistency

• Deliver pixel perfect Figma designs that are easy to develop

• Design for conversion psychology, understanding how visuals guide attention and decisions

• Contribute to product image and graphic design for eCommerce stores

• Work closely with our CEO and CTO in daily creative sessions and reviews

Requirements

• Figma Master: Components, variants, auto layout, responsive systems

• CRO Thinker: You understand user psychology, hierarchy, and persuasion

• Effective Design: You can design fast without ever losing precision

• Simplicity: You can take complex ideas and make them feel simple

• Perfectionist: High attention to detail, every pixel, font size, and alignment matters

• Fluent in English: Daily communication with the founders

Bonus Skills

• Graphic design and eCommerce product image creation

• Experience managing or mentoring designers

• Familiarity with Shopify and A/B testing workflows

• Understanding of how design impacts development efficiency
