What you'll do


1. Strategic Management

  • Design and manage the cross-border operations model in line with the company’s international growth strategy.
  • Conduct market research, regulatory analysis, and feasibility studies for new country launches.
  • Develop strategies to optimize international procurement, logistics, and customs processes.
  • Manage high-level relationships with global marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Temu, AliExpress, etc.) and logistics partners.

2. Operations Management

  • Manage all end-to-end B2C/B2B cross-border sales processes from Turkey to abroad (and/or from abroad to Turkey).
  • Oversee all operational steps such as order flow, splitting, cancellation, return, consolidation, warehouse picking, customs declaration, etc.
  • Control ETGB, export declarations, consolidation, and reverse logistics processes.
  • Manage operational KPIs (on-time delivery, cancellation rate, return rate, damage rate, delay durations).
  • Provide fast resolutions to daily operational issues and minimize risks.

3. Customs, Regulations & Compliance

  • Monitor import/export regulations in Turkey and target countries (HS Code, CE requirements, restricted items, prohibited items, customs limits, return procedures).
  • Manage forbidden/imitation products and build processes to identify risky items in advance.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure correct execution of ETGB and export processes.
  • Manage VAT, SCT, customs duties, global tax obligations, and country-specific compliance topics.

4. Logistics Management

  • Manage international transportation networks (air, road, express, PUDO, last-mile).
  • Optimize LOI, SLAs, and logistics costs.
  • Design fulfillment center, cross-dock, and overseas warehouse processes.
  • Analyze logistics partner performance and develop improvement recommendations.

5. Commercial Process Management

  • Manage product, pricing, and commission strategies to drive growth in global marketplaces.
  • Lead commercial campaigns, price optimization, and category development activities to enhance sellers’ cross-border performance.
  • Calculate unit economics (product price + logistics + commission + customs + tax + operational costs).
  • Work with the finance team on payment flows, FX management, and cross-border settlement processes.

6. IT & Integration Management

  • Oversee the development of integrations for marketplace, logistics, and payment systems.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on processes such as order flow, splitting, cancellation, tracking updates, API integrations, and warehouse management.
  • Create and manage the roadmap for technical improvement requests.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports (order flow, delivery, cancellation, return, customs-reject, loss rate).
  • Present monthly GMV, profitability, and performance reports to management.
  • Prepare operational and cost analyses for new countries.


Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience
  • Proven experience in team management or leadership
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Strong proficiency in English
